Counselling in Bolton for Anxiety, Grief, Burnout, Trauma, Depression and More…
Everyone’s experience is different, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to counselling or therapy. I offer a supportive person-centred space in Bolton or online across the UK where you can explore what is going on for you, in your own way and at your own pace.
How I can support you:
I offer therapy for a wide range of emotional difficulties that may be affecting your well-being, relationships, or day-to-day life. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, low, anxious, or simply unsure what is going on, you are not alone.
-
Anxiety can show up as worry, tension, or a sense of dread. Together, we can explore what lies beneath those feelings and find ways to ease them.
-
If you're feeling low, numb, or disconnected, you’re not alone. Counselling or therapy offers space to talk, reflect, and gently reconnect with yourself.
-
When life’s demands become too much, it can leave you exhausted or shut down. Therapy can help you pause, reflect, and restore your emotional balance.
-
Feeling 'not good enough' can quietly impact many areas of life. In counselling, we can explore where these beliefs come from and gently rebuild self-trust and confidence.
-
Grief is deeply personal and doesn’t follow a timeline. I offer a compassionate space to express and process your loss, in whatever way feels right for you.
-
Sometimes there’s no clear label, just a sense that something isn’t right. That’s valid too. I offer space to explore those feelings without pressure or judgment.
Specialist Support for Women’s Health, Parenthood, and Life Transitions
Alongside my wider counselling practice, I have a special interest in supporting people through life transitions and deeply personal experiences, particularly those that can feel isolating or misunderstood. These areas are close to my heart and informed by both professional and lived experience.
-
Pregnancy and early parenthood can bring unexpected emotional challenges. Whether you're feeling anxious, low, or overwhelmed, I offer gentle support during this significant time.
-
Loss during or after pregnancy can feel impossible to put into words. I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can grieve, remember, and be truly heard.
-
If your birth experience left you feeling scared, powerless, or shaken, you are not alone. Therapy can help you process what happened and begin to move forward.
-
Becoming a parent can stir up a wide range of emotions, from joy and bonding to fear, sadness, or confusion. I offer space to talk openly about how it is affecting you.
-
The emotional impact of menopause is often overlooked. Whether you are experiencing mood swings, anxiety, or a sense of identity shift, therapy or counselling can support you through this transition.
-
Long-term health conditions can affect not just the body, but your relationships, identity, and emotional wellbeing. I offer space to explore and support all aspects of your experience.
