Counselling in Bolton for Anxiety, Grief, Burnout, Trauma, Depression and More…

Everyone’s experience is different, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach to counselling or therapy. I offer a supportive person-centred space in Bolton or online across the UK where you can explore what is going on for you, in your own way and at your own pace.

How I can support you:

I offer therapy for a wide range of emotional difficulties that may be affecting your well-being, relationships, or day-to-day life. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, low, anxious, or simply unsure what is going on, you are not alone.

Specialist Support for Women’s Health, Parenthood, and Life Transitions

Alongside my wider counselling practice, I have a special interest in supporting people through life transitions and deeply personal experiences, particularly those that can feel isolating or misunderstood. These areas are close to my heart and informed by both professional and lived experience.
